Chinese LED display manufacturer Taylorleds has announced the expansion of its global distribution network to include new markets in Europe. The company aims to showcase its range of high-resolution, large-scale LED videowalls as part of its broader global sales strategy.

A new customer experience centre is scheduled to open in Reading in February. The facility will provide access to the company’s indoor, outdoor, and live event LED videowalls, including the VX Series, designed for the rental market and set to debut at the ISE trade show in Barcelona. The centre will host product demonstrations for customers, consultants, and specifiers, as well as offering meeting and training spaces for visitors from the UK and Ireland.

Chris Kmiec, Sales Director for Taylorleds UK, stated: “The Reading centre is intended to support the UK market by providing a space for demonstrations and customer engagement. Recent projects, such as the installation at 22 Bishopsgate and the University of Surrey, reflect the capabilities of our product range, which we aim to highlight through this new facility.”

A second customer experience centre is planned for Barcelona in the second quarter of 2025. This centre will support the company’s Spanish distributor, Fentumpro, and provide a hub for customers across Europe.

Mike Yan, CEO of Taylorleds, said: “The new customer experience centres in the UK and Spain are designed to enhance support for our distribution partners and customers in key European markets. These facilities will provide opportunities to showcase our products, deliver training, and improve sales and support processes.”
