Lietuvos Draudimas, one of the largest insurance providers in the Baltics, is the most recent company to implement Samsung’s Smart Signage Platform (SSSP), powered by Signagelive’s cloud based software, to run and manage a nationwide digital advertising campaign. Samsung Smart Signage Platform powered by Signagelive gives new dimension to promotional activities for Lithuanian insurance provider

The digital signage network is being used by the insurance provider to display engaging, high resolution content on a series of ruggedised displays installed in strategic locations in busy shopping malls throughout Lithuania. The digital signage network is designed to stand out against billboards and printed posters by providing busy shoppers with a memorable and engaging experience.

The Samsung Smart Signage Platform has been supplied and installed by Hansab, a leading provider of technology solutions to financial, retail, public and private sector organisations in Lithuania, and Signagelive’s strategic channel partner in the Baltic region. The installation comprises a combination of 48” and 55” Samsung displays, including the DB48D and DB55D models, installed in highly visible locations, such as the main concourse or busy escalators, to catch the attention of passers-by.

The Samsung Smart Signage Platform, powered by Signagelive was selected as the preferred option because of its user-friendly qualities, sophisticated advanced scheduling capabilities, the significant cost savings it offers and fast install times – less than 10 weeks from start to finish for the entire project.  Hansab was also able to offer wide service network support, ensuring maximum uptime.

The digital signage network has enabled Lietuvos Draudimas to run and manage a countrywide digital signage campaign from a centralised point. Displayed content, created by a third-party media agency specifically for the project, is stored and managed on Signagelive’s cloud-based platform, thus eliminating the need for onsite media players and storage servers.  Content can be pushed out nationally or on a display-by-display basis, depending on the location or the service being promoted.

Dovydas Stukas, Sales Manager of Hansab explained that: “The Samsung/Signagelive offering has given Lietuvos Draudimas insurance a highly visible and engaging means to communicate its different product and services to its clients. The installation was completed in less than 10 weeks and Lietuvos Draudimas are already in a position to embark on a targeted advertising campaign and see a return on their investment.”

Signagelive and Hansab have worked jointly on a number of successful projects in the Baltic Region including AB Citadele Bank, Forum Cinemas AB and Reiten Convenience Lithuania

Jason Cremins, CEO of Signagelive added: “This is the fourth SSSP project we have completed in conjunction with Hansab in less than 12 months, which says a great deal for their reputation and in the market and the benefits of our SoC software. I look forward to developing a long-term business relationship with them.”
