Video Corporation has announced that Exactive, is to be awarded Crestron RL Authorised Partner status in the UK. To achieve authorisation, integrators must demonstrate high levels of commitment and investment to the solution and undergo intensive training.

cretron-rlExactive, which as well as its Dunfermline HQ, also has offices in Aberdeen and Newbury, is a leading exponent of UC to enable companies and individuals to transform the way that they work. As a Microsoft Lync expert integrator, Exactive has been well placed to combine the technical benefits of Crestron RL, which is designed to extend the Microsoft Lync experience to the conference room so that groups can communicate and collaborate in real time regardless of their physical location. It links the intuitive room control solutions of Crestron with the unified collaboration features associated with Microsoft Lync.

James Vickerage at Video Corporation said: “Exactive is already a leading integrator in its field and we are very pleased to have appointed Exactive as an Authorised Reseller and fully expect the Exactive team to be very successful working together with both Video Corporation and Crestron.” Scott Millar, Managing Director,  Exactive, said: “Crestron RL is a very important product in our portfolio and complements our existing solutions perfectly. We have put time and effort into ensuring we meet the criteria for authorisation and are delighted that as a result, we have achieved partnership status and able to offer the product to market.”
