Mitsubishi Electric Visual Information Systems division has announced that Impact is to be a dedicated reseller of Mitsi’s complete range of AV solutions. Under the new partnership Impact will sell Mitsubishi’s projectors, public LCD monitors and high impact display wall cubes within the UK region, providing customers with a complete one stop AV solution.

    Mitsubishi's 7000 series debuted at ISE 2012.

Impact was first established in 1974 and has since grown to be one of Europe’s largest integrators of audio visual and communication systems. Their track record is built on total professionalism and a passion and commitment to design and build quality systems along with providing a high level of service and support. Impact’s dedicated specialist team listen to each customer’s needs to find a solution to match. This coupled with Mitsubishi’s reputation for innovative high quality display products provides both parties with the confidence that this partnership will prove a success.

Mitsubishi’s range includes ultra-short throw interactive projectors through to high end installation projection systems, along with professional LCD monitors built for true 24/7 usage. Mitsubishi have recently introduced a new range of DLP LED display wall cubes, further extending Impact’s product portfolio. Designed for the command and control room environment, Mitsubishi’s 62” (WUXGA), 70” (Full HD) and 72” (WUXGA) cubes offer up to 80,000 hours of operation with a near zero maintenance requirement.

“We are delighted to join with Mitsubishi, a major player in the AV arena, as a dedicated partner offering customers their complete range of AV solution”, said Mark Hudson, Managing Director at Impact. “Together, we’ll work to deliver compelling new experiences and a unique and comprehensive range of solutions and services for our customers.”

Fraser McDonald, Mitsubishi’s UK Sales Manager, said “We are pleased to announce our partnership with Impact. We are continually looking at ways to strengthen our brand awareness and are confident that Impact’s knowledge and expertise will improve our presence within the corporate, education and public sectors.”
