NEC’s annual EMEA partner event celebrates outstanding partner
achievements and discusses how to Create Endless Impressions using
state-of-the-art display technology
London, 12 October 2018 – NEC Display Solutions Europe has revealed the winners of the 2018/19 Display Trends Forum EMEA Partner Awards at its key customer event in Valencia, Spain.
The Display Trends Forum event brings together NEC’s key EMEA customers, industry experts, regional business leaders as well as the NEC top leadership team. The event, held annually since 2010, has become the definitive forum to discover display technology trends, discuss new business needs with vertical solutions experts, and engage with key influencers in the industry.
This year’s forum was focused on the main applications for Digital Signage with new smarter opportunities in a crowded market space, and a completely new approach to Meeting and Conferencing with future virtual and digital meeting rooms. In addition, large venue projection and direct view LED display technologies were discussed, including how new technologies are creating new opportunities for multiple industries in areas as diverse as advertising, infotainment, passenger information, higher education, business collaboration and more.
More than 130 attendees from 27 countries listened to keynote speeches from, among others, bestselling author and management expert, Anja Förster, Chris McIntyre-Brown, Associate Director at Futuresource, and Florian Rotberg, Managing Director of Invidis Consulting.
The Display Trends Forum EMEA Partner Awards recognises exceptional achievements by NEC’s most successful channel partners operating across display and projection solutions for various vertical applications. The winners were announced at a special ceremony during the event:

- Top Distributor 2018 – Professional Projectors, Kern & Stelly (Germany)
- Top Reseller 2018 – Business Projectors, DataVision (Germany)
- Top Reseller 2018 – Desktop Displays, Computacenter (United Kingdom)
- Top Distributor 2018 – Solutions, EET Europarts (Norway)
