With the explosion in interactive flat-panel sales, Vision has entered the market with an affordable motorised floor stand with 500mm of up/down travel. Interactive flat-panels weigh in at over 70 kilograms so stability and strength are key. Vision say they have achieved that with the Techmount IFP. It has a safe working load rating of 150kg and fits to interactive and non-interactive flat-panels using a locking VESA mount.

e it bolts to the floor and includes a wall support that allows a dado rail to pass behind. Vision has an optional dolly kit with 100mm wheels which can retrofit to make it portable.
A dynamic cable management system uses retracting reels to take up the slack on cables so they don’t drop into sight. The unit has a power output for the flat-panel and a little cubby at the rear allows you to hide a media player easily. An optional shelf can be mounted in front, behind, above, or below the flat-panel. The Techmount IFP will ship in early July with an SSP of £1198 (€1455) per set
