Peerless-AV has introduced a new Universal Mounting Kit for 46-55″ displays. The low profile, dual-frame design and built-in horizontal adjustment of the DS-VW655-2×2 Video Wall Mounting Kit is said to enable installers to create a 2×2 a video wall quickly, simply and cost-effectively.
“The 2×2 video wall kit is the ideal time-saving mounting system for applications such as retail, education and other public areas wanting to make an impact, without the complexity of a large scale, full-featured video wall install,” said Gordon Dutch, Managing Director, Peerless-AV. “With this new product we’re catering for the two most popular display size ranges in one complete solution, and with a single SKU, it’s also convenient to order and manage.”
Replacing the DS-VW660-2×2 and DS-VW646-2×2, the DS-VW655-2×2 comes with two frames that bolt together as one so installers are ready to start hanging displays faster than ever before. Its thin design measures just 2.33″ (59mm) deep for a low profile appearance behind super slim displays of 1.67″ (42mm). Horizontal adjustment makes mounting and aligning easy to manage, and included security screws deter anti-tampering and theft. The video wall kit has a maximum load of 272kg (600lb) and has a black powder coat finish.
