    PPDS partners with In-store Experience Management platform provider Grassfish

    PPDS has confirmed the evolution of its latest solution through a partnership with Grassfish, introducing an array of exciting experience-enhancing features and opportunities for retailers on Philips Tableaux ePaper displays.

    This integration sees the Philips Tableaux Series join other Philips Android SoC retail signage displays from PPDS, becoming fully compatible and certified to operate using the Grassfish IXM platform. This collaboration brings forth new capabilities and prospects for retailers, encompassing cost and energy savings. An installation is already in progress at a major international airport, with additional details set to be revealed soon.

    PPDS and Grassfish have strategically aligned their efforts to provide exceptional experiences for retail customers by harnessing the power of digital displays, while simultaneously fostering more sustainable and eco-friendly environments.

    In reference to this latest advancement for the Philips Tableaux range, Tim de Ruiter, Global Business Development and Partnerships Director at PPDS, added: “We are excited that our Philips Tableaux Series has received approval for seamless integration with the Grassfish platform.     Unveiled at ISE 2023 in Asia Pacific, InfoComm Asia, and in North America at InfoComm 2023, Philips Tableaux ePaper displays have ushered in an exciting new era of digital signage. This series offers full-size, full-colour, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly opportunities. The Tableaux displays deliver vibrant content while operating wirelessly and consuming zero power (24/7 indefinitely) between content updates, using ultra-low power to transition images.
