Premier Group (UK) Ltd has announced the acquisition of the stocks and IP for ConxEasy™ and Steljes Audio ™. Following the Administration of Steljes Ltd, Premier Group (UK) Ltd of Newport have acquired the stocks and will soon be shipping the product worldwide.
