RGB signs NEC's professional projector range.

At a convivial press launch in London on the 6th May RGB announced that the company is to distribute projectors from NEC and Canon, in addition to its current Barco models. RGB’s newly recruited divisional manager for projection and displays Jane Hammersley explained that the new agreements complement the Barco partnership,  with NEC’s Professional Series and the Canon models opening up high-end applications in niches including universities and medical facilities. For NEC, the move sees the company taking a further step away from broadline and placing a greater reliance on added-value business generated by specialist distributors.
