Dedalus has chosen Sony BRAVIA 4K Professional Displays to innovate several conference spaces in Germany, Austria & Switzerland. For a company like Dedalus, it is vital that it maintains its image as not just being proficient at technology but being at the forefront of it. Dedalus achieved this by working with Vistafon and opting to use Sony BRAVIA Professional Displays in their offices through various conference rooms fitted with top-of-the-line displays, that work consistently and reliably due to their cloud connection capability. Anyone who visits the Dedalus office will understand why they are leaders in the technology-solutions space.

At this point Dedalus supports over 6,100 hospitals and 5,300 laboratories worldwide and is actively expanding their portfolio. Just like every other sector, healthcare is required to modernize in order to thrive. Dedalus provides just that: a professional path to modernization. On a highly competitive market Dedalus is now facing the challenge to establish themselves further as the first choice for healthcare organisations seeking comprehensive innovation. With healthcare being a crucial sector with highly specific requirements, Dedalus has set out to prove their outstanding ability to provide their customers with innovative and state of the art technology. When transforming their own conference rooms, Dedalus’ showed their sound choice of capable partners and up-to-date technology: Munich based solution provider Vistafon installed  50 BRAVIA BZ40L professional displays, giving their capacities a significant boost and update clearly visible to potential customers.

“As certified partners of several renowned manufacturers, we have exceptional knowledge that enables us to identify the best solution for a vast variety of tasks and room types,” says Saša Jukčić, Senior Consultant, Vistafon. “For Dedalus, Sony was the natural pairing. The BRAVIA boasts exceptional sustainable credentials, without sacrificing the impressive technology Sony is known for.”

“Choosing Sony BRAVIA professional displays that boast a sleek look thanks to Deep Black Non-Glare technology, business grade support and 365 operational has reinforced our image as specialists in the technology space and ensures that our potential customers know this too,” adds Peter Unger, Global IT Operations Manager, Dedalus.

As the leading innovators in the technology-driven solution space for healthcare, Dedalus is a rapidly growing company with offices across the world. As well as a great achievement, it is also a responsibility. Aware of the impact large organisations can have on the environment, Dedalus wanted to take all the steps possible to ensure their company is operating efficiently and sustainably, and that is why they chose BRAVIA. From the production to the actual use of the product, BRAVIA screens have sustainability in mind every step of the way. Sony developed SORPLAS recycled plastic, for example, which is used in the production of the largest parts of the screen and reduces the overall virgin plastic used by approximately 60%. Furthermore, additional settings such as automatic brightness control means while in use, BRAVIA screens are not consuming unnecessary power.

“It is great to see Dedalus, a pioneer in the healthcare space and therefore a growing organisation, is conscious about the impact it is having on the planet and therefore is opting to use the BRAVIA BZ40L series for its sustainable design and power efficient settings,” says Chris Mullins, Head of BRAVIA Product Marketing, Sony Europe. “We hope Dedalus are just one of many organisations that will prioritise sustainability when choosing display solutions, as at Sony we will continue to drive towards making our products more sustainable, and more efficient.
