With two weeks to go, global AV technology pioneer Peerless-AV confirms the speaker line up for a series of thought leadership panels at this year’s AV Showcase, Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May 2025 at Lord’s Cricket Ground, London. Over the two-day event, returning for a 5th consecutive year, Peerless-AV will host leading experts from across the AV, higher education and broadcast industries, who will impart their knowledge and insights on key topics of sustainability, empowerment and AV/AI integration. The panels are free-to-attend and will take place on the exhibition show floor, sponsored by Samsung and Shure.

“We look forward to seeing the speakers on stage at the AV Showcase. With their diverse, cross-sector expertise we can expect some dynamic discussions and valuable knowledge exchange,” said Keith Dutch, Managing Director – EMEA, Peerless-AV. “Alongside the exhibition – where visitors will have the opportunity to explore the latest product launches and live tech demos from our partner brands – the thought leadership panels will add an extra stream of value, interest and inspiration over both days.”

The panel schedule is confirmed as follows:

    • Day 1, 13th May

Industry Trends – from 10.30am – Ben Barnard (AVIXA UK & Ireland)

    Sustainability Panel – from 10.50am

“Exploring the key principles of effective sustainable design” – moderated by Ben Barnard, with panellists Martyn Burton (SAVe & Aura), Sheila Egan (UCL), Siya Fakher (Broadtek). In this panel, experts will share their definitions of sustainability in the AV context and will delve into the role of AVoIP, AI and Human Responsibility.

Empower Me Panel – from 3pm

“Shaping DE&I in the AV industry” – moderated by Jamie Brothwell (Exertis), with panellists Denise Hughes (WoopJobs!), Sadie Groom (Bubble Agency & Rise AV) and Taj Ghere (Kinly). A thought-provoking panel discussing how organisations can make positive transformations that alter attitudes and drive industry’s development for the better.

    • Day 2, 14th May

    AV/AI Integration Panel – from 11am

“Key AI trends set to transform the AV world in 2025” – moderated by Jenny Hicks (Midwich), with panellists Chris Crichlow (CFLEX), Mina Patel (NVCEG) and Sarah Cox (Stage Precision & Neutral Human). This panel will explore how to unlock AI’s full potential while balancing technological progress with safe and seamless integration across workplaces, classrooms, broadcasting, and production.

In addition to the exhibition and thought leadership, Day 1 will see the return of Love2Learn Cricket and the unmissable evening ‘mix & mingle’ sunset networking reception on the Centurion Terrace inside the ground.
