Userful Corporation has announced a partnership with BTX Technologies to provide a flexible and high-powered video wall design, creation and deployment solution. BTX Technologies is a distributor and manufacturer of integration essentials, signal processing products and emerging technologies.
The Userful Network Video Wall solution is said to be the first video wall to deliver ultra-high definition content in real-time over the network using one PC. The platform utilizes small zero client devices at each display – up to 25 displays – to connect to the PC over a standard Ethernet network, drastically reducing hardware requirements.
The solution enables customers to deploy artistic mosaic-style video wall layouts using any mix of displays that easily capture audience attention and convey brand messaging in a unique fashion. The browser-based, drag and drop interface allows anyone to easily setup and manage the video wall from any device. It’s said to be the ideal video wall solution for retail stores, stadiums, broadcast centres, banks, restaurants, museums, art galleries, lobbies, meeting rooms and more.
Greg Schwartz, President and CEO of BTX Technologies, explained: “Our systems integrator partners are designing and installing an ever-increasing number of video walls into their projects. Providing a simple and easy design and management interface is a key factor in successful implementation. In adding Userful to our expanding line of emerging technologies, our clients now have access to a cost-effective product that will help win more projects with its strong feature set and customer-friendly usability.”
