Tateside have announced the opening of an updated showroom at their London headquarters. The newly enhanced space is designed to showcase a wide array of advanced technologies for collaboration and meeting rooms, providing clients with a practical environment to explore and experience Tateside’s solutions.
“Our investment in this demo space underscores our commitment to building trust and credibility,” said Jack Cornish, Technical Director at Tateside. “The showroom allows our clients to see the capabilities of various technologies in real-world configurations and serves as a workspace for our team to test and experiment with these technologies.”
The showroom is divided into three main zones, each featuring state-of-the-art technology from leading brands. The first zone includes an Android-based meeting room with dual Samsung commercial screens, a Neat Bar 2, and a Neat Centre. The second zone features a Windows-based Microsoft Teams Room with a 21:9 105-inch iiyama interactive screen, showcasing Microsoft’s Front Row technology. This setup is powered by Yealink Mcore and MTouch, along with a Huddly L1 camera and Shure MXA microphone technology.
A third area offers a Zoom room equipped with a Neat Board, providing another trusted collaboration platform. The space also demonstrates Mago Collaboration software on the 105” touch display, supporting over 15 video conferencing platforms. Additional technology includes a Cisco Room Bar, Desk Pro, Neat Frame, and Airtame wireless screen-sharing products.
“An interesting feature is the integration of Neowit,” Cornish noted. “Neat meeting room devices and physical room sensors push data into the Neowit platform, offering insights into room usage. This allows us to show clients how they can use platforms like Neowit to tackle issues such as ‘ghost meetings’ and optimise space use.”
The showroom also features premium audio solutions from K-array, 1Sound, Bose Professional, Shure, and Sennheiser. Lightware Taurus USB-C solutions enable seamless BYOD capabilities, while the network is supported by Netgear AV line switches and Dante-enabled Powersoft amplifiers. Additionally, Tateside’s digital signage services and room acoustic treatments, including ceiling rafts and wall coverings from DeVorm and Re, are on display.
“We’ve designed this demo space to be vendor-agnostic, showcasing a variety of configurations and products,” Cornish explained. “It’s a space where we can experiment, advise clients based on real-life experience, and demonstrate the tangible benefits of our solutions.”
The opening of the showroom represents a significant step in strengthening Tateside’s corporate solution offerings. Already collaborating with leading workspace brands such as WeWork, Halkin, and Soho Works, Tateside’s investment in this showroom highlights their commitment to building strong, enduring client relationships.
“By providing a space where clients can see working proof of concept, we help build relationships and ensure our clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs,” Cornish concluded. “This demo space allows us to test and validate everything we specify, giving clients confidence in our recommendations.”
