Anders+Kern UK Ltd has revealed more details of A+K Technical Services, a new online home for its in-house technical design and AV installation team. The company has also rolled out a series of online demonstrations and training sessions focusing on its Room Booking and Digital Signage products.
A+K Technical Services is designed to cover all aspects of the project cycle, with dedicated sections for system design and installation to training and support. Users can also utilise the Applications and Technologies pages of the site to explore and identify the most appropriate AV technology for their environment.
The Training and Support page includes details of the training packages and service level agreements offered by A+K, including on-line demonstrations and training sessions. Powered by join.me, the webinars allow users to discuss their requirements with a product manager in more detail and see a live demonstration of the product to further understand its features and the benefits it can yield. Users can also browse and download the latest resources and software updates for A+K’s Digital Signage, Room Booking and Interactive products.
