Waterproof and in-wall TV specialist Aquavision Distribution has set up its own state-of-the-art manufacturing operation in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The new company can now offer manufacturing, sales, warehousing, shipping, design and development, training, demonstration and repairs operations all under one roof.

As well as investing in staff and manufacturing facilities, Aquavision has invested in a large stock holding and can deliver most standard parts from stock for next working day delivery. Newly appointed managing director Richard Henton commented: “We can now provide a more focused and improved service to the AV and CI industry and will continue to distribute our products through Marata Vision and Armour Home. The changes we are making will ensure we that we keep raising standards both in terms of technological advances and service levels and allows us to continue to bring high quality and innovative products to the market”.

All new Aquavision televisions will now come with a two year warranty as standard and an optional extended five year warranty, which will include in-home repairs. “We believe we are the first waterproof television company to offer our customers a two year warranty as standard and will continue to introduce new innovations such as these during the coming year,” added Henton.

The complete range of Aquavision televisions will now feature LED backlighting, screen sizes from 19” to 40” and finishes in black, white and MirrorVision – (when the television is switched off, the glass takes the form of a mirror that is suitable for shaving, make-up etc. When it is turned on, the mirror gives way to the television screen).  New televisions as well as a ‘frameless’ finish will be introduced during 2012.

The complete range of Aquavision televisions will be on show at ISE, Amsterdam 31st January – 2nd February 2012 on stand 5V115

The company would like us to point out that Aquavision televisions are no longer available through Davroc Ltd.
