    Winner: Project Audio Visual

Project Audio Visual has completely transformed over the last year becoming the ‘go-to’ for hybrid workplace transformations, specialising in truly connected Microsoft Teams Rooms.

Its service and support structure have been revolutionised with criteria designed for the evolving requirements of collaboration and the most comprehensive set of checks globally.

Project Audio Visual has continued to grow. Doubling its team and investing in upskilling, with over 104 courses completed in 12 months.

Project Audio Visual invested £250,000 in its oce and demonstration space, creating the ultimate working environment for the team and surrounding them with the emerging technologies they are also championing.

    1. 1. Workplace Transformations

Project Audio Visual has evolved over the last 12 months after recognising that they needed to position themselves differently to survive. The company has pivoted to support the hybrid workplace delivering solutions that maintain the digital workflow and transform workspaces into destinations. Their ethos is to create a seamless experience, whether employees are working remotely, at a desk in an office or in a meeting room, with video communication at the heart of this.

    1. Service and Support

The company revolutionised its service and support structure for clients, establishing a new service division and devising new ways of being able to provide support during periods when travel globally and locally in the UK was not permitted. This is designed to specifically cater for the rise of hybrid working. All inquiries are answered within 30 minutes, with clients getting straight through to an expert who can assist, speeding up the resolution time. Preventative Maintenance Visits now have specific criteria to include Teams and Zoom Room environments, AV networking infrastructure and additional details to support remote engineers.

    1. Revolutionising Remote Management

Project Audio Visual has developed a ground- breaking virtual remote support solution called EyesOnSite. This goes beyond the offering of traditional support packages to deliver a unique virtual solution that allows technicians to experience exactly what the client is seeing through a Servicewear Glasses system, based on a client’s site and a dedicated support team.

    1. Training and Professional Development

Project Audio Visual is continually providing its team with opportunities to learn new skills and acquire qualifications and certifications. This has accelerated in the last 12 months with the company’s enhanced focus on the hybrid workspace and the need to keep up to date with the developing hardware, IT services, products and networking infrastructure behind an ecosystem. Over 104 courses have been completed in the last 12 months. The company is also working towards the Microsoft Gold Partner accreditation to reinforce its specialized skill set in delivering Microsoft Teams Rooms environments.

    1. Investment in Excellence

Project Audio Visual has invested £250,000 in the refurbishment of its office and demonstration space. This has been designed to create the ultimate working environment for the team, as well as surround them with the emerging technologies that they are also championing in the market so that remote maintenance, video-based client calls and training can be done with the utmost ease and confidence.
