Tateside

Over the past year, Tateside has tackled some complex installations, expanded into new markets and introduced an AVaaS approach to its projects. The Managed Services solution provides both new and existing clients with comprehensive technology packages that cover the entire system lifecycle – something that makes Tateside stand out from the rest.

Our AV-as-a-service (AVaaS) option allows businesses to spread the cost of AV purchases, regularly refresh hardware and software, outsource critical support and maintenance and scale up or down if necessary. Recently, it has become the preferred model for companies that are looking for cost-effective, flexible and scalable solutions – and it’s something that Tateside is a pioneer of.

The integrator’s ‘Managed Services’ solution is what makes it stand out from the competition. The solution includes full system design, installation, and maintenance by Tateside’s London-based support team throughout the duration of an agreed contract term, which can range from 12-60 months. Managed Services is available globally to accommodate the needs of multinational clients across several sectors, including corporate, hospitality, medical and education. Soho House Brighton is just one of Tateside’s clients that benefit from the peace of mind provided by ongoing support in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
