    AVPM Group has completed the acquisition of Project Audio Visual, positioning it as a sister company alongside AV Partsmaster within the group’s portfolio. The alliance will offer a full turnkey solution for AV services, from project inception to completion for SMB and Enterprise customers.

    Steve Hudson, COO at Project Audio Visual, explains;

    “We are incredibly excited for this next phase of the Project Audio Visual journey. With this new partnership, we are not only consolidating our strengths but also unlocking new opportunities for growth and innovation. By pooling our resources with leading AV retailers AV Partsmaster, we will be able to take on larger projects, expand our reach, and provide even better buying power for our customers.”

    Paul Jennings, CEO of AVPM Group explains;

    “We are a people business and that matches Project Audio Visual’s approach and values perfectly. The ambition is to continue to provide a nimble, friendly and highly technical service for customers of all kinds. The opportunity to invest in a fantastic, world-class, award-winning integrator such as Project Audio Visual really was a one-off moment and we believed both organisations share the same vision and commitment to being bold, disruptive and customer-focused. Both companies are incredibly successful already, but we really believe that by combining our expertise and unique skillsets we will be able to offer a credible alternative to businesses of all sizes for AV services.”

    The businesses will work across UK and European markets initially, with plans to expand into other territories in 2024. Project Audio Visual will bring its ecosystem knowledge to the group, with certification with Microsoft, Google and all of the key brands in the market.
