Exertis has acquired Siracom, a specialist distributor of wireless technology products and services. Siracom supplies a wide range of third party branded wireless infrastructure and security products to over 1,000 partners across the UK.  The business employs 15 staff at its offices in Basingstoke.

The addition of Siracom will add strength in-depth to Exertis’ Enterprise business, through “an excellent strategic fit to our commercial offering to the channel.” This now encompasses Server, Storage, Networking, UC, Security and Wireless Networking complimented by a service wrap that give the reseller an opportunity to work across numerous technologies.

Phil Brown, IT sales & commercial director UK, said “We are delighted with the addition of Siracom to the Exertis business. The hard work begins now as we set about integrating Siracom and their team into our business and continue to deliver the excellent customer service and extensive knowledge and support that customers have been used to.”
