onemedia has reinforced its product offering further after signing a UK distribution agreement with PlexusAV.
PlexusAV is the latest innovative vendor to partner with the UK technical Audio Visual and Workplace solutions distributor following onemedia’s agreement with Rethink last month. The Plexus product suite leverages a true open standard based on SMPTE ST 2110 called IPMX, which is poised to complement onemedia’s mission to deliver total technical AV solutions.
With the continued adoption of AVoIP, Will Hetherington, Technical Director at onemedia, sees PlexusAV as the perfect platform to unite networked AV devices. “PlexusAV is the first brand we have seen to offer a full line up of IPMX based products,” he said. “IPMX is an open standard which we are confident, over time, will become the leading platform for true ‘interoperability’ across IP based AV.
