As the hybrid workplace continues to grow and evolve, Project Audio Visual has become the first integrator to supply and install a milestone 5,000 Microsoft Teams® Rooms. The 5,000th Microsoft Teams Room was part of a 40-room roll-out for a pharmaceutical company that required a modernisation of its meeting spaces to heighten everyday communication and collaboration.
The solution featured a Crestron Flex Advanced Small Room Conference System with a Jabra® PanaCast 50 intelligent Video Bar, the ideal combination to elevate small meeting spaces and deliver seamless BYOD capability.
Crestron Flex enables one-touch join to the Microsoft Teams ecosystem and ensures a high-quality, easy-to-operate user experience. The Jabra PanaCast 50 intelligent video bar has a 180° field of view, Panoramic-4K and delivers outstanding audio. Both devices feature AI technology to ensure meeting equity for everyone, whether onsite or remote.
Since pivoting to focus solely on Microsoft solutions, working with the brand and its certified partner network, Project Audio Visual has doubled its staff and has experienced exponential growth, recently opening a second office in Europe.
Sam Kennedy, Senior Director of Product Marketing from Crestron, comments:
“What Project Audio Visual has accomplished over the past four years since becoming a dedicated Microsoft Teams Rooms specialist is commendable. They realise the importance of removing limitations and bringing the Microsoft Teams digital ecosystem into every space, a value that strongly aligns with the consistency and simplicity we strive to deliver, making them the perfect partner.
“We look forward to being on the journey with them for the next 5,000!”
Nigel Dunn, Managing Director, EMEA North from Jabra, says:
“With Project Audio Visual’s pioneering expertise combined with Jabra PanaCast 50’s unique capabilities, we’ve created the ultimate meeting room for the hybrid working era. Project Audio Visual understands the intricacies of how to optimise meeting spaces to support different needs and work cultures.
