QSC has advanced the Q-SYS workplace portfolio with the launch of the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar and Q SYS Scheduling Panel. QSC also announces that Q-SYS now integrates into Microsoft Places as a data integration partner. Together with recent expansion from earlier this year, the Q-SYS Full Stack AV Platform extends across the entire modern high-performance workplace including collaboration solutions, high-impact spaces, and communal spaces, and creates new opportunities for cloud-enabled standardization, space intelligence and user experience. The Q SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar is a Windows-based device for Microsoft Teams Rooms, designed for simple configuration and deployment across common, repeatable collaboration spaces. This all-in-one solution, currently in the process of achieving Microsoft Teams certification, features four high-resolution 50 MP cameras, a 16-element microphone array and integrated loudspeakers for fully integrated audio and video. It ships with a dedicated 10.9-inch touchscreen for intuitive meeting and device control out of the box.

Additionally, the Q-SYS RoomSuite Collaboration Bar supports up to four Q-SYS RoomSuite Table Microphone accessories, expanding audio coverage for larger or more flexible meeting environments and enabling participants to mute the call with a single button. Built on the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform, the Q-SYS Scheduling panel (QSP-11) is a certified for Teams solution designed to make room scheduling and booking simple and intuitive. It integrates with any Q-SYS system through Q-SYS Reflect® and can be easily installed on conference room exteriors, walls, or glass surfaces. “Our collaboration with Q-SYS continues to provide customers with more choice of platform for Teams Rooms customers, combining the power of Teams Rooms on Windows with increased deployment simplicity,” said Albert Kooiman, General Manager for Microsoft Teams Partner Engineering, Microsoft. “This collective offering strengthens our joint support for the complex needs of high-performance workplaces.” As Q SYS expands into a greater number of standardised collaboration spaces, Q-SYS Reflect unifies systemwide data and offers a simplified, cloud based experience for monitoring and managing all Q-SYS systems including Q-SYS RoomSuite solutions and Q SYS Core-based systems. In addition, optional features within Q SYS Reflect Plus are designed to help streamline installation and maintenance workflows (with the ability to deploy preset and firmware updates across all Q-SYS RoomSuite systems) and provides visibility into advanced timebound space usage insights.  Furthermore, through integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management portal, and a growing ecosystem of Q-SYS Technology Partners, Q-SYS Reflect connects rich usage data into existing IT workflows, enabling clearer insight and more efficient management across the high-performance workplace.

Q SYS is proud to become a Microsoft Places Data Integration partner. This collaboration will accelerate integration between Q-SYS cloud-enabled solutions and Microsoft Places, with Q-SYS Reflect acting as connective highway for data-rich insights from both native Q-SYS devices and verified assets from the Q-SYS Partner Ecosystem into the Microsoft Places environment, supporting insights into booking, space planning, and workplace optimization. “We’re proud to continue expanding the Q SYS workplace portfolio to support more spaces across the modern workplace,” said Jason Moss, Head of Marketing and Ecosystem at Acuity Intelligent Spaces. “These new solutions give organizations greater flexibility and consistency as they reimagine employee experience and how collaboration works across high-performance workplaces.”
