ZetaDisplay has acquired Peakmedia Digital Signage GmbH. The acquisition represents a significant and strategic move by ZetaDisplay to further strengthen its market presence in the DACH region and Europe. The deal will be accretive to EBITDA and will be funded through the Group’s existing debt facilities.

Peakmedia also comes with an attractive customer portfolio where we will align on collaborative growth and expansion initiatives over time. Initially through joint product and concept development, commercial co-operation and added financial capacity.”
