AV distributor Audio Visual Material is strengthening its support team with the appointment of Olivia Whitbread as sales and service administrator. Whitbread has a decade of experience in the AV industry, primarily working for one of the sector’s leading integrators, and so has a good understanding of the needs of AV professionals.
Mark Nisbet, md of AVM explains: “Our service offering is becoming increasingly important and Olivia can bring great insight from a channel perspective to help us evolve and develop it further.”
On her decision to join AVM, Whitbread comments: “I’ve spent many years working with integrators and was interested in seeing how things worked from the distribution side. AVM appealed as an employer because of the small, tight-knit family like culture.”
Whitbread will be managing the RMA and repair processes for AVM, and communications with customers about repairs and deliveries
