Sony five new projectors in the run-up to InfoComm. The new models include a 4K ultra short-throw laser model ; a 4K/3D model for larger huge venues; and Sony’s latest cutting-edge laser projector. To summarise the new Sony releases:
4K UST laser projector – the VPL-GTZ1
- 2,000 lumens of colour brightness
- high-resolution images up to approximately 160 inches (4m) diagonal and zoom down to 66 inches (1.7m)
- 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation
New laser projector – the VPL-FHZ700L
- suitable for larger venues and applications in the corporate, education and museum markets
- WUXGA resolution (1920 x 1200) and brighter than ever laser images thanks to vivid colour 3LCD technology
- Up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation
4K/3D projector for larger spaces – The SRX-T423
- 23,000 centre lumens, and up to 30,000 in high brightness mode
- 3D dual projection system is designed for installation flexibility in large-venue commercial applications
- More than doubles the light efficiency of competitive 3D systems, with 40,000 lumens of 3D brightness in dual projection mode
Affordable projectors – The VPL-CH355 and VPL-CH375 (new C-Series)
- Affordable installation option for education and SMB markets
