Lightware Visual Engineering has announced a new distribution agreement with Sound and Light Systems (SLS), a Portugal-based company specialising in event audio and AV solutions.
As part of the partnership, SLS will distribute Lightware’s range of audiovisual products — including signal extenders, matrix switchers and AV-over-IP technologies — across Portugal.
Established over three decades ago, SLS has experience supplying audio, lighting and AV equipment for a variety of live events, including theatre productions and light shows. The agreement with Lightware will expand SLS’s portfolio, enabling it to offer additional AV infrastructure technologies to its clients and integration partners.
Rui Nunes, CEO of SLS, said: “We are pleased to be working with Lightware, whose products complement our existing offering. This collaboration supports our aim of providing solutions that meet the needs of the evolving AV landscape in Portugal.”
Lightware designs and manufactures its products at its headquarters in Budapest, Hungary, and supplies professional AV solutions across Europe and internationally. The company stated that the agreement reflects its continued focus on regional market development within Europe.
