Midwich has appointed the former Touchline VC engineer Matthew Cook to its video conferencing division. Joining as technical support manager, Cook brings a wealth of video conferencing expertise to Midwich, particularly with the strong Radvision product portfolio, having taken a lead role within the VC technical support operation at Touchline Video for the last five years. As well as adding to the support and service offered, Cook will also be bringing pre-sales consultation, design, post-sales support and training services to resellers, raising the bar on the level of support that Midwich can offer to VC customers. Business Manager Lee Baker said: “We are delighted to be able to add someone of Matthew’s calibre to the team. He brings a wealth of experience, a solid business network and expert knowledge in his field.
