Pioneer Group has been on a recruitment drive to keep up with demand following a successful end to 2020 and the start of 2021.
Mark Childerhouse, Sales Director of Pioneer Group, commented, “When the pandemic first hit was a scary time for us, we initially saw installs being postponed, and it was incredibly nerve-racking. As the months passed, we found ourselves busier than ever with clients looking for advice and support to adapt to the current situation and plan for the future. Many of our clients chose to upgrade their stores and venues while they were quieter and turned to us to support them, and it has led to a requirement to grow our team.”
With lockdown lifted, Pioneer Group is confident that the AV industry’s future is optimistic and sees 2021 as the ideal time to invest in personnel.
July saw Pioneer Group welcome new starters Johnathan Rose who joins Pioneer from Prodec Networks, Lauren Butcher, who joins from Softcat and Luke Derry, who joined as a Sales administrator in April.
