
PSCo Technical Distribution has appointed Colin Till as Service Business Manager. The new position is designed to introduce exclusive warranty and upgrade services for the PSCo Technical Distribution product portfolio throughout its dealer network. PSCo Technical Distribution is already an authorised provider of in-warranty repairs and maintenance – as well as out-of warranty – for display brands including Panasonic, Orion, Prysm and NanoLumens in its Rental and Technical Distribution portfolio, many of which are exclusive in the UK. It provides a range of extended product warranties, as well as a range of support packages and bespoke project service agreements through its network of channel partners.
Till joins PSCo Technical Distribution having run his own companies specialising in database and workflow management solutions and assembly services for the past eight years. Prior to this, he
was a Field Service Manager in the US for Sharp Electronics Corporation and Branch Service Manager at Riso Incorporated where he gained extensive experience working with visual and digital technologies.
On his return to Britain, Colin became the National Service Manager for the Riso UK division setting up a dedicated technical support network for all the dealer engineers in this area as well as the Scandinavia and Benelux territories. He then completed a five year tenure as Operations Manager for Ricoh which saw him handle all direct services and develop 5 branches throughout the UK
