TDSYNNEX Maverick has partnered with Five9 to expand cloud contact centre services across Europe. This collaboration will make Five9’s contact centre solutions available to TD SYNNEX Maverick’s partner network in 20 countries, including Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Türkiye, and the UK. The partnership aims to support businesses in enhancing customer engagement through cloud-based, AI-powered technology for both customers and agents.

The partnership enables TD SYNNEX Maverick’s partners to offer organisations across Europe advanced, intelligent contact centre capabilities for businesses of all sizes, from SMBs to large enterprises. Five9 is at the forefront of virtual agent and AI innovation, and together, both companies will work to make these technologies more accessible to a broader range of partners and end customers as multi-channel customer service becomes the standard. TD SYNNEX Maverick is also helping its partners navigate the increasing demand for cloud-first, AI-driven customer engagement solutions that improve operational efficiency while delivering human-centred experiences.

Five9 has a track record of working with over 3,000 customers worldwide, providing a scalable, secure, and innovative platform that enhances customer interactions and integrates seamlessly with leading UC and CRM platforms. This partnership aligns with TD SYNNEX Maverick’s broader strategy to expand its Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) offerings, particularly in cloud telephony and contact centre solutions. By combining existing and new product portfolios, TD SYNNEX Maverick aims to provide partners with best-in-class solutions to capitalise on the growing opportunity as businesses modernise and optimise customer interactions.

Through this collaboration, TD SYNNEX Maverick’s customers will gain access to Five9’s suite of customer experience (CX) solutions, including AI-powered virtual agents, real-time analytics, and automation tools designed to optimise customer journeys and agent performance. These capabilities enable organisations to deliver seamless service experiences across multiple channels, including voice, chat, email, social media, and other digital platforms.

“The face of the contact centre is changing, with businesses now looking to seamlessly manage AI-enhanced, omnichannel customer experiences from a single platform,” said Jake Butterbaugh, Senior Vice President, Five9. “This new partnership with TD SYNNEX Maverick will accelerate the adoption of intelligent customer experience solutions in Europe, providing businesses with the agility and innovation they need to stay ahead in today’s competitive market.”
