The Datasat Group has announced that Ciarán Doran has joined the Group as its CEO. Previously international sales and marketing director at Digital Projection International, Doran brings his experience of successful business and marketing strategies in digital entertainment to Datasat’s group of entertainment and communications companies. He will be responsible for coordinating and driving international business activities across the Group.
Doran has achieved a reputation for innovative and creative business development and marketing within the entertainment solutions sector with both Digital Projection International and Harris Broadcast. In the role of Group CEO, he will apply this experience across the Group’s three companies: Datasat Communications, Datasat Technologies and Datasat Digital Entertainment. Doran will be responsible for setting strategies to maximise profitability within the companies’ core markets while creating a structure to fully exploit new business opportunities in the rapidly evolving communications and digital entertainment industries.
