Partners gather to hear TIG announce plans for the future.

Technological Innovations Group (TIG) welcomed over 80 of its integrators and partners to its London showroom. The event was an opportunity for them to network and for TIG’s CEO and President Robin van Meeuwen to outline the company’s vision and to explain next steps for the business.

“We have been very lucky to work with extremely dedicated dealers throughout the EMEA for the past 25 years and are committed to maintaining these relationships. With this in mind, we will be further investing into our business, and we are re-locating our London showroom to a brand-new location in the heart of the city later this year. The new space will incorporate all of our partners i.e. Crestron, Mezzanine by Oblong Industries and the most recently announced YachtCloud. The space will be available for our dealers to use as their own demonstration facility, showcasing the latest in AV and UC technology in a working environment.”

“This new location will be one of two flagship locations, the other will be in Frankfurt, Germany and will also open later in the year. Our smaller facilities in Oslo, Brussels, Milan, Madrid, Paris, Moscow, Johannesburg and Dubai, which are already in place, will constantly be updated,” explained van Meeuwen.

The company also announced an expanded Business Development team throughout Europe. The recently appointed Strategic Partner Alliance team, headed up by Charlie James, Director of Strategic Alliances EMEA, will strengthen TIG’s relationships with major corporations such as Microsoft as the team will speak directly to customers and will educate them on the benefits of installing Crestron’s simple, scalable and consistent Crestron Flex UC solution.
