Launching the colourful Pride event in Belfast City Hall, AV Stumpfl’s Monobloxscreen was used to promote the organisations’ community message and 2023 schedule.
Revolution Productions is an AV rental and video production company based in Northern Ireland that delivers both hybrid and virtual events all over N.I. and further afield. Director and founder of Revolution Productions, Gordon Cross, has always had a passion for cameras, content and visuals, which is why the company opted for AV Stumpfl to deliver the brief for Pride 2022 in Belfast.
“A member of the Belfast Pride production team looked after the slide and video content that is fed to the screen,” explains Cross. “There were some relay TV screens supplied by the venue, and in a room as grand as the great hall [in Belfast City Hall] we needed something that would be impactful and visible for all. The Monoblox32 508×294 FP 16:9 was the perfect choice.”
Joni Millar, operations manager at Revolution Productions, adds that the Monoblox screen was used as the “main event” screen for Pride: “It formed the backdrop for the stage and subsequently the whole event. It was used to play highlight videos from 2019, promotional content for upcoming events, sponsors’ logos, and Pride’s ‘Community United in Diversity’ message as guests arrived.”
Revolution Productions was the sole technical supplier for this event. The team supplied the PA system, lighting and projection for the install, operating all of the sound and lights on the night.

“Belfast Pride Awards utilised our 5m x 3m screen on legs, as it sat on the raised stage surface,” continues Cross. “It was perfect for the award winners and sponsors to pass in front of the screen.”
