This new course provides a unique opportunity for women to develop insights about their management skills and learn from each other’s experiences. Delegates will leave with a practical tool kit for management, so they can immediately gather feedback and tailor their own very personal development plan.

    • What is preventing more women moving into Senior Management roles?
    • How to plan your own personal development now to ensure you bridge this.
    • Resilience: the 7 behaviours displayed by resilient managers
    • Learn how you get in the way of your own performance and develop strategies to start mastering that.
    • How to be heard effectively and help other women be heard at work
    • Managing competing demands – practical strategies for considering and prioritising requests
    • How to look at warning signs
    • When to say ‘no’ at work and why it’s important
    • The 5 building blocks to ensure your team can reach high performance
    • The 3 critical elements to ensure individuals are motivated to perform for you
    • How to set targets that really motivate
    • Powerful models for giving and receiving feedback
    • What are levels of trust like within your team and how could they be improved?
    • Authenticity and impact on performance
    • Managing change and helping people through change

The course runs on the following dates:

    London – 10 and 11 June
    London – 3 and 4 November

This intensive 2-day course will give you a great overview on how gender can impact on management and what you can do to address this. We will look at what great managers are doing to lead effectively and provide you with invaluable techniques to ensure you are a brilliant manager of your team. A former delegate reports: “Really great training day. I’ve been on a lot and this is right up there with one of the best. Everyone should go on this! The trainer Emma was brilliant.”

The course costs £1200 plus vat for both days: Find out more and book your place here: info@thehubevents.com.
